Thank you for shopping at LearningEnglishPRO. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We sell two types of products:
A. Physical Products (e.g., merchandise)
Our physical items (such as apparel, accessories, or printed merchandise) are produced and shipped by a third-party provider (Printful) and are custom made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color selection
• Buyer’s remorse
However, we will replace or refund items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective upon delivery. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by sending an email to [your support email] with:
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the damage/defect
• Your order number
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
B. Digital Products (e.g., PDF guides, downloads)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Incompatibility with software/devices
• Accidental purchases
• Perceived value or subjective dissatisfaction
If your download link does not work or you are unable to access your product, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days and we will ensure you receive the file.
2. Refunds Process
If your item qualifies for a refund (e.g., due to print error, damage, or misprint), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once we confirm the issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless accompanied by appropriate evidence.
3. Shipping & Returns
• We do not cover return shipping unless the item was delivered in error or is defective.
• We do not accept unsolicited returns. Please contact us first — any item returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
• Printful’s fulfillment locations may vary by region, and delivery times may fluctuate due to production or logistics delays. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
4. Order Cancellations
Because our physical products are custom printed upon order, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Digital downloads cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete and the download link is delivered.
5. Legal Notice
This policy complies with applicable EU Consumer Protection Law, U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, and Google Merchant Center policies regarding transparency, shipping, and return practices. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in law, logistics partners, or business practices.
